Delivery was on time however I have to say: I am addicted to salt and am the kind of person that adds salt to food without even tasting it, I didn't add any to this pizza and it was still WAY to salty for me... Also cannot fathom in what world it is acceptable to have that much fatty oil on a pizza the box was drenched in it. Always been a dominos fan but it might be time to move on...

There was an issue with the payment not going thru in their system when I did a carry out order. The girl at front tried twice and couldn't get it to work she went told the manager JOSE who came and and was not very nice. To the point where he told me to "RELAX" bc he was not the one who took the order. I was simply explaining what the situation was. Mind you I was not complaining. It discusses me that people who work in hospitality retail or anything customer service related have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR PEOPLE SKILLS AT ALL!! I don't care if your getting paid 7$ and hour or $70 an hour service is service. Coming from someone who works dealing with people business owners should pay closer attention to the employees they have who deal with customers. Perfect example of why people prefer to do everything online then deal with rude arrogant people.

After my 7.17.15 review, corporate reached out to me within days, asked me to fill out a form on line, and said that the local operations/regional manager would get in touch with me to make things right. The response was commendable. Corporate said they take customer comments very seriously. However, actions speak louder than words and follow up NEVER properly took place - Domino's made matters worse. Bottom line, if you can have all of your dealings online for ordering, things are usually fine, and drivers typically quite polite, friendly and courteous. On the other hand, if personal communication with the store or area management is required you will more often than not have an unpleasant customer relations experience. (The food is, however, consistent and good, particularly for a chain)

This is just another chain pizza place. It's not the best pizza okay. But it's okay every once in a while. But let me say that there sweet mango habanero sauce is the best. You have to try it. I need a bottle of it wow it's good!

Love it no big problems ( missed BBQ Sauce sometimes or other small stuff but for about 8 .- a pizza its great ) i usually pick it up myself , order online and use the coupons on the ipad its always a great deal and its a clean prof. place i go there since many years ...was before a fan of papa johns next block but prize there is almost double and the papa john place looks like last century plus their computer system is totally outdated... Let me start off by saying that I have to give them a star because there is no option for a negative star. The rating system needs to be able to detract from their score instead of add to the rating by bumping them up one more star. I am furious as I just hung up the phone with the Dominoes lady. So I will begin my story from the beggining. It's Monday night football and my boyfriend and his friends wanted pizza so I got online and started to order via the app. There's a great deal under the coupons and promos section that's called Fall Football Perfect Combo. It says and I quote " 2 Medium 1 topping pizzas, 16 piece Parmesan bread bites, 8 piece cinnastix and a 2Liter of Coke" I was having issues checking out because I had added more toppings to each pizza and it was coming out to 32 dollars. So I decide to call, I get put on hold for almost 5 minutes. The lady answers we begin ordering. I tell her about the special and she's like "I have different coupon den the computer! You see coupon you like you give me coupon number!" So I realized she has a Spanish accent and since I speak Spanish maybe we might understand each other better in Spanish, because her attitude was completly unwarranted. So she knew exactly what coupon it was (I don't know why she said she didn't have it) anyways, so when I start ordering the pizzas I tell her I wanted to pay for extra toppings and she goes "No! One topping only!" I told her I would pay for them and she refused again. At this point I just want to freakin eat, so I said fine one topping each. Then I said I wanted the second pizza to be a pan pizza and she flips again "No changing pizza! It has to be hand tossed!" I said no the coupon online says two medium 1 topping pizza and doesn't restrict what type of dough. She's goes "yes I'm looking at the coupon and pan is more expensive." I said I myself was looking at the coupon online and it DID NOT STATE ANY SORT OF CRUST/DOUGH RESTRICTION. So I hung up basically feign totally wronged. And I know it's just a pizza place but I work in the food and beverage industry on a hotel property. When you are completly rude to people in such a non apologetic way, it makes me wonder how in the hell you're even still operating that business. And I'm also going to upload a pic of the coupon so that all you readers can see that I was right and she made no effort what so ever to accommodate something as small as a different type of dough on one pizza! FU*@kin ridiculously disrespectful employees! I would rather starve than ever let myself or anyone I know order from them! The delivery service is awful, even when you tip well and are a repeat customer. Also for added bonus they send the Wrong pizza. The store will call you and literally yell at you because they can.. Yup not making this up. That's what the male employee did as delivery person dialed the wrong number. Then Driver Runs off with change. Be careful, it may Be Domino's but if it is south beach domino's expect a awful service and dye to Teresa's "language" barrier (wait I speak Spanish) she laid food on the ground and took off with my money despite me asking for my change.

I decided to order from Dominos and let me tell you, i sure will NEVER order from them again.. When i placed the order i could tell the guy on the phone doesnt really know english very well because it took him about 5 minutes just to understand that i want a medium pizza , some wings and a large coke. He takes the order, get my address and even let me know, it will be about 45 minutes.... Okay cool. An hour later still nothing so i call back and tell the lady who answers the phone that " i ordered an hour ago can you please check on my order?" She responds right away " yes its on the way". Hmmm so im wondering how does she even know that without asking me any of my information, phone number address? So i tell her that i give her my address then she goes check on it and says oh it was for pick up not delivery.... Are you kidding me??? At this point im starving of course.... So i tell her i want to speak to the manager... So she put me on hold , after 5 minutes nobody answers so i hang up and call back. Guy answers right away... The very first guy i actually placed the order with... And he is the manager! Lol. Of course... And he has the nerve to tell me " i remember you saying im coming im coming" wow! Seriously? So instead of trying to correct your mistake , this is your reaction??!! All i can say is WOW! Terrible customer service! I just stick with Papa Johns! Thanks Dominos

Took OVER an hour to deliver, though they said 30 minutes. Not very hot and def not very crispy. Ordered my usual Veggie Gluten Free, very nervous because it was the first time Dominos did not write it on the box. Anywhere. I could die from Gluten, its not a little tummy ache. Not impressed. ONLY ORDER IF ITS AN AMAZING DEAL!!! The headline says it all. While I haven't experienced the rude behavior others have, I can say there's definitely an attitude of 'I dont care' No pleasantries or smiles when they deliver and that isn't even the worst part. What makes me tell people don't order unless its an amazing deal is because the quality in no way reaches its potential. I ordered several of my usual items when they first came out or were changed, and they were excellent. Now the staff has given up on quality and some days its 75% quality some days way lower like today's 25-30% quality. In addition to being burnt as typical, the pizza came cold and was rather rubbery. I always check my pizza for correct but I guess after today I will need to taste too to make sure its still hot. So unless you enjoy not knowing if your pizza and sides will be burnt or even better burnt and cold dont order with Domino's Pizza, South Beach!

I can't believe I'm writing a good review for a pizza delivery restaurant, but that's how good tonight's delivery was. I love the online ordering system. Not only can you order the pizza you like, or search for deals, you can also see photos and other people's reviews of those said pizzas. Then you are able to track the entire process from your order receipt to the departure from the store for delivery. Delivery is as promised (tonight less than 30 minutes!) Domino's has not yet messed up my order either (unlike some other competitors that rhyme with "mutt"). Their prices are reasonable. Their new artisan pizza is just fabulous. Ordered the spinach feta artisan pizza. Comes with spinach, feta, onions on a thin artisan buttery crust, cut into 8 squares. They say it serves 2 but that could easily feed 4 as well. Keep up the good work, Domino's!

It should be a minus star here, worst experience ever. The delivery was fast the only good thing about it. They forgot an item the delivery guy has no idea about what he was giving me, he said that he forgot it at the store and he was coming right back (I'm 10 blocks from the store) after 1 hour I call and I spoke with the manager(not the best attitude) I told him to send me the money back for that item, after 2 hours I call back and he was We are busy here,I'm gonna send it as soon as I can. After 4 hours I'm still waiting and is for sure that I'm gonna be waiting for a long time. There's a lot better places in south beach. people go to another place,call Pizza Hut,Rustica is so so much better.I regret that I order here but never again and I'm going to make sure that my friends and family never call to this store again.

The on-line ordering is cool.... that's about all the good I have to say. In general, I'm not a big fan of Domino's Pizza. I grew up on it, as it was the only pizza my mom was a fan of (despite such STL gems as Imo's). And then when I got to college, I grew to hate it because it was treated as an "extra special" Friday night dinner in my sorority house. But thanks to a good friend, I've recently discovered the tantalizing tastes of the American Legends Honolulu Hawaiian Pizza. Thanks to Domino's online ordering system, I can customize it to my (and my friend's) specifications - thin crust, light white sauce (rather than red), side of ranch (yes, please!). The Pizza Tracker system shows me how my freshly made pie is working it's way to my house. That thing is awesome, and is something that will definitely have me ordering my pizza online rather than calling it in. Oh, and that new chocolate lava cake dessert they have is ridiculously good. And at 2 for $3, how can you pass it up?!

Simple good delivery or take out pizza. Nothing special, but over the years they have only messed up my order once. The delivery is fast, but pick up is much quicker. Paying at the counter with a credit card always seems to be an ordeal for the person working the register, which I find odd as people use credit cards all the time. I like the pizza, my friends like the pizza, even the ones who prefer Papa John's, like the change up on occasion. So for correctly prepared, hot pizza at dinner or late night, this is a good choice. ALWAYS order online!! The coupons are better, and you will get cheaper pizza and sides then if you just show up, or call. I just found an ap for domino's with all the coupons. Use that rather than calling if you are not by a computer.

Let me start out by saying, Domino's itself is not the problem, the management and staff at this location are the ultimate problem. The first time I ordered from here I ordered a few pizzas for my family and some Lava Crunch Cakes with a purchased side of icing. Although the delivery was fairly quick, we did not receive the icing and the dough on the pizza was nearly raw. We didn't call because we figured the icing was a simple mistake and we just didn't eat the extremely doughy crust. The second time we ordered from here we changed up the pizza thinking that a thinner crust pizza would solve the problem. It did, the Brooklyn style pizza was fine but for a second time they did not give us the icing. So we've already lost $4 at this point and although it's ONLY $4, why would you offer it if you aren't going to deliver it?! So we called, the woman on the phone was extremely rude telling me we didn't order it UNTIL she actually looked at the receipt and discovered she was sorely mistaken. The delivery guy showed up an hour later with our tiny cup of icing. No offers on future orders, just a tiny little cup of icing. So last night we were very apprehensive about ordering from this location but because it was nearly 8 when I got home from work this was the quickest and cheapest alternative to going to the grocery store and go grocery shopping at 8pm. We ordered, it was delivered. Again, NO ICING, so I asked the delivery driver why this has happened three times mow. He didn't know what to say other than, he would come back in 5 minutes with it. We opened the pizza and the ENTIRE middle of the pizza was missing. It was cheese and pepperoni (although we did order mushrooms and sausage as well) smushed on the bottom of the box. This time I let the husband call and handle it. He was as sweet as pie on the phone to Colleen and she said she would send another pizza. The delivery guy showed up with the icing, but where was the replacement pizza that I paid $20 for??? IT NEVER SHOWED UP. Sorry Alton RD Domino's, three strikes and you're OUT! Oh and by the way, I've worked in customer service since I was the legal age of 14 and have NEVER treated customers the way we were treated. HIRE NEW MANAGEMENT, these people have no clue as to what they're doing.

*disclaimer* really, they deserve zero star!! wow. okay first of all, that online tracker? bullshit. it said our food was delivered... ummm no it wasn't cuz we were still waiting. so when i called because the tracker stated that the status of our order was DELIVERED, the incompetent gentleman said to me, "it should be on its way" if it's on its way, why does it say delivered?! that's a lie! secondly, i asked for one 2L COCA COLA and one 20oz DIET COKE... why do i get a 2L DIET and a 20oz diet?! why the fuck would i order a 2L and a 20oz of the same thing?! c'mon man, how hard is your job?!!!!!!!! we shouldn't be eating dominos anyway but it's friggin raining and we feel like shit. but seriously, this was a horrible service. it's literally 5min walking distance from our apt and it took the delivery lady 45min from the moment the tracker said it was "out for delivery" dominos, your online tracker is a lie!!

After 4 hours I'm still waiting and is for sure that I'm gonna be waiting for a long time. There's a lot better places in south beach. people go to another place,call Pizza Hut,Rustica is so so much better.I regret that I order here but never again and I'm going to make sure that my friends and family never call to this store again.

Why must you be the health-wrecking mistress of my generally healthy relationship with my diet? You are cheap and fast and you even come right to my door whenever I call. I appreciate all the delicious memories we've shared, but sadly we can not continue our relationship. Domino's you're fired forever! So, I've always thought Domino's was average at best, but they have the ads about how great everything is now...so I decided I would give it a try. The on-line ordering is cool.... that's about all the good I have to say. So the pizza came & it wasn't even cooked all the way :( ...to add insult to injury they didn't even bother to cut it.... sorry Dom, I'm done with you.

In general, I'm not a big fan of Domino's Pizza. I grew up on it, as it was the only pizza my mom was a fan of (despite such STL gems as Imo's). And then when I got to college, I grew to hate it because it was treated as an "extra special" Friday night dinner in my sorority house. But thanks to a good friend, I've recently discovered the tantalizing tastes of the American Legends Honolulu Hawaiian Pizza. Thanks to Domino's online ordering system, I can customize it to my (and my friend's) specifications - thin crust, light white sauce (rather than red), side of ranch (yes, please!). The Pizza Tracker system shows me how my freshly made pie is working it's way to my house. That thing is awesome, and is something that will definitely have me ordering my pizza online rather than calling it in. Oh, and that new chocolate lava cake dessert they have is ridiculously good. And at 2 for $3, how can you pass it up?!

Simple good delivery or take out pizza. Nothing special, but over the years they have only messed up my order once. The delivery is fast, but pick up is much quicker. Paying at the counter with a credit card always seems to be an ordeal for the person working the register, which I find odd as people use credit cards all the time. I like the pizza, my friends like the pizza, even the ones who prefer Papa John's, like the change up on occasion. So for correctly prepared, hot pizza at dinner or late night, this is a good choice. ALWAYS order online!! The coupons are better, and you will get cheaper pizza and sides then if you just show up, or call. I just found an ap for domino's with all the coupons. Use that rather than calling if you are not by a computer.

Let me start out by saying, Domino's itself is not the problem, the management and staff at this location are the ultimate problem. The first time I ordered from here I ordered a few pizzas for my family and some Lava Crunch Cakes with a purchased side of icing. Although the delivery was fairly quick, we did not receive the icing and the dough on the pizza was nearly raw. We didn't call because we figured the icing was a simple mistake and we just didn't eat the extremely doughy crust. The second time we ordered from here we changed up the pizza thinking that a thinner crust pizza would solve the problem. It did, the Brooklyn style pizza was fine but for a second time they did not give us the icing. So we've already lost $4 at this point and although it's ONLY $4, why would you offer it if you aren't going to deliver it?! So we called, the woman on the phone was extremely rude telling me we didn't order it UNTIL she actually looked at the receipt and discovered she was sorely mistaken. The delivery guy showed up an hour later with our tiny cup of icing. No offers on future orders, just a tiny little cup of icing. So last night we were very apprehensive about ordering from this location but because it was nearly 8 when I got home from work this was the quickest and cheapest alternative to going to the grocery store and go grocery shopping at 8pm. We ordered, it was delivered. Again, NO ICING, so I asked the delivery driver why this has happened three times mow. He didn't know what to say other than, he would come back in 5 minutes with it. We opened the pizza and the ENTIRE middle of the pizza was missing. It was cheese and pepperoni (although we did order mushrooms and sausage as well) smushed on the bottom of the box. This time I let the husband call and handle it. He was as sweet as pie on the phone to Colleen and she said she would send another pizza. The delivery guy showed up with the icing, but where was the replacement pizza that I paid $20 for??? IT NEVER SHOWED UP. Sorry Alton RD Domino's, three strikes and you're OUT! Oh and by the way, I've worked in customer service since I was the legal age of 14 and have NEVER treated customers the way we were treated. HIRE NEW MANAGEMENT, these people have no clue as to what they're doing.

*disclaimer* really, they deserve zero star!! wow. okay first of all, that online tracker? bullshit. it said our food was delivered... ummm no it wasn't cuz we were still waiting. so when i called because the tracker stated that the status of our order was DELIVERED, the incompetent gentleman said to me, "it should be on its way" if it's on its way, why does it say delivered?! that's a lie! secondly, i asked for one 2L COCA COLA and one 20oz DIET COKE... why do i get a 2L DIET and a 20oz diet?! why the fuck would i order a 2L and a 20oz of the same thing?! c'mon man, how hard is your job?!!!!!!!! we shouldn't be eating dominos anyway but it's friggin raining and we feel like shit. but seriously, this was a horrible service. it's literally 5min walking distance from our apt and it took the delivery lady 45min from the moment the tracker said it was "out for delivery" dominos, your online tracker is a lie!!
